Die Fabrik von HELL ist zum größten Giganten der Welt herangewachsen. Das bedeutet, dass das Unternehmen, das zu derselben Unternehmensgruppe gehört, die weltweit größte hochmoderne Megafabrik betreibt, in der Aluminiumgetränkedosen an einem Standort hergestellt und abgefüllt werden. Nach der Fertigstellung unserer neuen Anlage erstreckt sich unser Komplex nun über 83 Hektar bzw. 830.000 Quadratmeter.
Dank der gesteigerten Produktionskapazität können wir bis zu 4 Milliarden Getränkedosen und 6 Milliarden gefüllte Fertigprodukte pro Jahr herstellen. Die Erfolgsgeschichte von HELL erreicht einen weiteren Meilenstein: Am 24. Mai 2024 eröffnete unser Unternehmen im Industriepark Szikszó eine neue Fabrikeinheit, ausgestattet mit modernster Technologie, die feierlich eingeweiht wurde. Mit der neu hinzugefügten Einheit wurde unsere Fabrik weiter ausgebaut, wodurch unsere Produktionsaktivitäten auf ein neues Niveau gehoben wurden. Wir können nun jährlich bis zu 10 Milliarden Getränkedosen verarbeiten, darunter 4 Milliarden Dosen und 6 Milliarden gefüllte Fertigprodukte. Das bedeutet, dass wir täglich bis zu 31 Millionen Aluminiumdosen bewegen können, davon 13 Millionen hergestellt und 18 Millionen befüllt. Zudem ist der neue Fabrikkomplex nun auch für die Produktion von 500 ml Aluminiumdosen geeignet, wodurch das bereits breite Produktsortiment weiter ausgebaut wird.
Unser Fabrikkomplex produziert außerdem milchbasierte Getränke in Aluminiumdosen, unterstützt von einer der fortschrittlichsten verfügbaren Technologien. Die 11.880 Quadratmeter große Anlage kann bis zu 50.000 Dosen Premium-Eiskaffee pro Stunde herstellen, wobei die Milch ausschließlich von ungarischen Landwirten bezogen wird. Unsere Anlage ist in der Lage, jährlich bis zu 300 Millionen Dosen Eiskaffee abzufüllen, gebaut in Zusammenarbeit mit Technologiepartnern aus Spanien, den Niederlanden und Deutschland.
