Závod HELL sa rozrástol na najväčšieho giganta na svete. To znamená, že ide o najväčšiu najmodernejšiu megatováreň na svete, vlastnená tou istou korporátnou skupinou, ktorá na jednom mieste vyrába a plní hliníkové plechovky na nápoje. Po odovzdaní novej výrobnej jednotky sa výrobný komplex HELL rozkladá na ploche 83 hektárov (830 000 metrov štvorcových).
Vďaka novej jednotke sa náš závod ďalej rozšíril, čo posunulo naše výrobné aktivity na novú úroveň. Každoročne totiž dokážeme spracovať až 10 miliárd nápojových plechoviek, z toho 4 miliardy plechoviek a 6 miliárd kusov naplnených hotových výrobkov. To znamená, že denne môžeme premiestniť až 31 miliónov hliníkových plechoviek, z toho 13 miliónov vyrobených a 18 miliónov naplnených. Okrem toho je novo zriadený továrenský komplex teraz vhodný aj na výrobu 500 ml hliníkových plechoviek, čo ďalej rozširuje už aj tak široký sortiment produktov.
V našom výrobnom komplexe sa vyrábajú aj mliečne nápoje v hliníkových plechovkách, ktoré sú produkované jednou z najmodernejších dostupných technológií. Toto zariadenie s rozlohou 11 880 m2 dokáže vyrobiť až 50 000 plechoviek prémiovej ľadovej kávy za hodinu, pričom používame mlieko, ktoré pochádza výlučne od maďarských poľnohospodárov. Náš závod je schopný naplniť až 300 miliónov plechoviek ľadovej kávy ročne, pričom bol vybudovaný v spolupráci so španielskymi, holandskými a nemeckými technologickými partnermi.
